Creative Commons License Family (Which one should I choose?)

There are six types of licenses available under Creative Commons (CC), along with a public domain dedication option. Instead of the "all rights reserved" approach, CC licenses adopt a "some rights reserved" approach, allowing creators to define the usage terms of their work while sharing it with the public. Except for the public domain dedication, CC0 (CC Zero), all six licenses require attribution to the original creator.
